It was a pleasure working with Chris. We didn't really know what we were looking for just that we wanted a place to get away from the city with our family. We had 'narrowed down' our search to a 4-county area. Any other agent might have decided we weren't worth the trouble, but Chris patiently listened and helped guide our search. He is a calm and savvy negotiator, helping us discern on the one hand when it was time to cut bait in a negotiation, and on the other what we needed to do to not lose the property we ultimately purchased.
